Ruler of the Wild Animals!

Lions are huge feline animals and often called the king of the jungle because their size and appearance. These lions can exceed over 250 Kg full grown so they even look like a big king. The lion is a mammal and is a carnivore in which it eats meat as its main diet. The lions young usually don’t hunt with the other lions until the baby turn one years old. Lions grow as long as 4-6 feet when they become an adult. Only male lions boast manes, the impressive fringe of long hair that encircles their heads. Males defend the pride's territory, which may include some 100 square miles (259 square kilometers) of grasslands, scrub, or open woodlands.
If I had a choice on what animal was the king of wild animals I would have to say the lion is just because how this animal shows itself in the wild. Male’s big mane shows its dominance to other animals. They are also very cool animals by just the way they look, they have an amazing look to them and they are a huge predator and almost eat every other animal that is near them. It’s interesting how these feline animals simply mark their territory just by urine. Lions are my second favorite animal so that it why I wrote about them today. All in all lions are in my opinion are the kings and queens of the wild animal families.
